I'm at the Altenew blog today to feature Painted Flowers set. I've seen such a beautiful cards made with this stamp set so this card was a challenge to try to come up something not that usual. What I haven't seen so many times is copics with this set - so I thought I'd give it ago. I added details with coloured pencils. Here is my card:

DeleteShirley-bee is right, the method you used is like trompe l'oeil...so very clever. Love the Copic base then adding such detail with pencils. The color choices also delight me. You're such an artist. Under your hand, you can watch how quickly these images come to life.

ReplyDeleteThis is fabulous Marika and I love the lavender with the quite neutral flowers, but the shading is marvellous, they just jump off the page! I must buy some Altenew stamps soon. x
