Altenew and Tombow USA collaboration Blog Hop

Hello,

Today I'm participating on a collaboration blog hop between Altenew and Tombow USA. If you came from Jennie Garcia, blog you are on a right track. If not, please start at the beginning of the hop from Tombow USA blog. I know my teammates and Tombow team as well, have been wonderfully creative with this hop, so there's gonna be a lot of inspiration for you - and a chance to win prizes as well.

I've taken these collaboration hops as a challenge for me and I've tried to go out of my comfort zone. Although these markers pegged for me to color with them, I stayed strong and did something else. I was very positively surprised, how well you can stamp with these Tombow Dual Brush Markers - I haven't tried these pens before and my experience with stamping with (different brand's) markers hasn't been so good but I really loved the result what I was able to gain with these. For the flower I used Altenew Buttercream Crisp Die Ink but the leaves and the outline of the flower is stamped with a Tombow markers. Also, the center of the flower is stamped also with three different shades and just loved the result what I was able to gain very easily.

I used Tombow Xtreme Adhesive to adhere my card panel to my card base. I die cut the center panel and adhered a piece of fun foam with Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Glue I used Tombow Adhesive dots to adhere the flower to my panel.

Hummingbird with copics and coloured pencils

Hello my dear friends,

First, I'd like to thank you for your patience. I've been really MIA in the crafting world, my real life has gotten very very busy and I haven't had a really chance to create anything. I'm hoping that in the near future things will change but we'll see.

A couple of months ago, I was contacted and asked if I'd like to do a guest post for Wplus9. Guess what my creation was to that email - of course! I also have a little secret to share: I adore Dawn's designs and colouring skills and she's been one of the biggest inspiration to me to start to improve my colouring. Now I had a chance to guest for her and that gave me a bit of pressure. Hopefully I made you proud Dawn with this card, I really loved playing with your products and I really enjoyed colouring these beautiful images.

I also made this into a video tutorial. You can watch it here or in HD in YouTube.
