CASE study challenge #207
Hi to all! Today I wanted to take part in CASE study challenge #207. In this challenge it is asked to make card inspired by this lovely card by Debbie Hughes which is shown below. I didn't have neither copic markes nor vellum so I had to improvise. I arranged my christmas ornaments with the same style as Debbie had in her card. Stamp images are from Enchanted Christmas stamp set by Papermania. I stamped them with white pigment ink on a black card stock and then coloured them with Derwent Metallic pencils. I have had this set of pencils for about a year and I hardly have used them. I am so glad that I finally found them. :) I think they are great for at least two reasons: firstly, you'll get nice vibrant colours on a non-white medium. But in addition if you use them for water-colour paper you can add water and they work as watercolour pencils. I used that technique yesterday for another card. I started to make christmas cards so the sentiment says Merry Christmas in Finnish.
Here is Debbie Hughes' card.
Thank you for stopping by. And thank you for your lovely comments. They really make my day every time. Have a wonderful day and happy crafting!

Beautiful! I love how the color jumps off the dark background and the starry accents!
